With a foundation of 13 years in the apartment industry, he is tasked with the scaling, development, and deployment of innovative technology systems to help Avanti meet its goals and achieve superior results.
Ian attended the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and International Political Economy. Post-college, he worked as a research analyst for Apartment Realty Advisors and as a multifamily housing specialist for Power Apartment Leasing & Marketing. These experiences allowed Ian to gain a deeper understanding of the real estate industry, and operations in particular, while also giving him a chance to apply his passion for technology into practice.
